Terms and Conditions Use of the dk8 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of using the dk8 platform, including the dk8.ad website, the dk8 mobile app, and all related services. This document is read together with the dk8 Privacy Policy and our responsible gaming policy — all of which form the entire agreement between you and dk8.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any feature of the dk8 platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Dk8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via in-platform notification or registered email when significant changes are made. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the dk8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has not previously had a dk8 account closed due to a terms violation.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on any gambling platform.
• Register under your own valid name and personal information — not on behalf of another person.

Dk8 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If you are unable to verify your eligibility when requested, dk8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account until verification is complete.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and any other requested details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

As part of the legal compliance process (KYC — Know Your Customer), dk8 may request identity verification documents at any time, including:

• A copy of your national identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in delayed withdrawals or a temporary account suspension. dk8 processes all KYC documents securely using SSL encryption, and the data is used solely for verification purposes.

Dk8 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, major Malaysian internet banking, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Dk8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to be from an unauthorized source may be blocked or returned.
• Deposited funds are credited to your dk8 account instantly upon bank confirmation.
• Dk8 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, your financial institution may apply their own charges.

Dk8 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within the promised timeframe. Most withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts or local eWallets are completed in under 5 minutes once approved by the finance team.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account or eWallet registered in your name.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process.
• For withdrawals exceeding a certain amount, the dk8 finance team may require additional time for security verification.
• Any bonus received is subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.

Dk8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals that raise suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of platform terms. In such cases, dk8 will contact the user for additional verification.

Dk8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly rebates, cashback, and a VIP program. All offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each promotion.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Dk8 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Promotion abuse — including arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.
• Every promotion has an expiry period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

All games on the dk8 platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. All game outcomes are final once recorded by the system.

• Any internet connection disruption during gameplay is the user's responsibility. dk8 is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled once a game round begins.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, dk8 reserves the right to void or refund the affected round at our discretion.
• For Sports Betting, results are based on the official outcomes declared by the relevant sporting body. dk8 follows the betting provider's guidelines to determine final results.

Players suspected of using automated software (bots), exploiting software bugs, or engaging in any form of fraud will be immediately blocked and related winnings may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for keeping your dk8 account login credentials secure, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. dk8 provides the following security features to help you:

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS or an authenticator app.
• Login notification from a new device.
• Account activity records that can be reviewed in settings.
• Option to remotely end all active sessions.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the dk8 support team immediately via live chat. dk8 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

You may close your dk8 account at any time by contacting our support team. dk8 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Use of multiple accounts.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of unauthorized software, bots, or other unfair methods.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of software bugs.

When an account is terminated due to a terms violation, dk8 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances including winnings associated with the violating activity. Cash balances unrelated to the violation will be returned to the user at dk8's discretion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dk8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Dk8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Continuous platform availability free from interruptions or errors.
• The outcome or result of any game or bet.
• The platform's suitability for any particular purpose.

Dk8's maximum aggregate liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you have deposited into the dk8 platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Dk8 takes its responsible gaming commitment seriously. We provide a range of tools and resources to help users maintain control over their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum amount that can be wagered within a specified period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, a week, a month, or longer.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if gambling becomes a problem.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will first be resolved through consultation. If consultation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.

The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is the primary reference version for Malaysia users. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
